Salmon Species - Quality & Origin

Our Pacific salmon (Chum, Sockeye, Pink) come from sustainable wild-caught fisheries (FAO 61, 67) with MSC certification available. Atlantic salmon comes from certified aquaculture (ASC, BAP). All products available in various sizes and cuts, fresh or frozen (IQF, Blast Frozen).

Quality & Documentation

All seafood products are delivered with complete documentation for international B2B trade. Our quality assurance includes all relevant certificates and proofs for import, customs and food safety.

Health Certificate

Veterinary Health Certificate according to EU requirements for import of fish and seafood products. Confirms food safety and compliance with all hygiene standards. Issued by officially recognized veterinary authorities of the country of origin.

Catch Certificate

Catch Certificate for documentation of traceability and combating illegal fishing (IUU). Contains information on fishing area (FAO Area), fishing method, fishing vessel and catch date. Mandatory for EU import according to IUU regulation.

Certificate of Origin

Certificate of Origin (C/O) for customs clearance and preferential trade. Confirms the country of origin of goods and enables customs preferences under applicable trade agreements. Issued by chambers of commerce and industry or government agencies.

Certificate of Analysis

Laboratory analysis certificate (COA) with microbiological and chemical test results. Testing for heavy metals, histamine, salmonella, listeria and other parameters according to EU regulation 2073/2005. Performed by accredited laboratories.

CITES for Caviar

CITES permit for sturgeon products (caviar) according to Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species. Mandatory for all sturgeon species (Appendix II). Documents legal origin from certified aquaculture. Import and export only possible with valid CITES certificate.

Sustainability Certificates

MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) for wild-caught, ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) and BAP (Best Aquaculture Practices) for aquaculture. Confirm sustainable fisheries and responsible farming. Availability depending on product and origin.

Documentation: The specific documents (Health Certificate, Catch Certificate, C/O, COA) are compiled per delivery and destination country. Temperature monitoring

Continuous temperature control at -18°C or colder during transport and storage. Temperature loggers document the complete cold chain.

Container (FCL/LCL), refrigerated trucks for European deliveries, express air freight for caviar and premium products. Incoterms: FOB, CIF, DAP.

Lead times
