Halal Slaughter

Manual slaughter in compliance with SFDA and GSO standards. Halal certification by Polish Institute of Halal, recognized by SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) and SASO/GSO, including GSO 2055-1 for halal food chain requirements. Facilities are certified and registered for export to Saudi Arabia.

Freezing & Packaging

Freezing: Deep frozen at -18°C or below using modern technology to ensure quality and safety during transport.
Packaging: Hygienic, export-compliant materials (e.g., vacuum-sealed or bulk cartons) suitable for long-distance container transport.

Half carcasses are available in both chilled and frozen forms, portioned for international export and can be adapted to meet specific customer requirements.
